For my place at least, there are a lot of construction damages/prior living flaws even when I was told it was just a few weeks old. Not a big deal. What does sort of have me iffed is the fact if you have 1st floor rooms, the patio window is looking right at the parking/garages- and I mean practically RIGHT up close to the cars. Whats the point of even looking outside? The gym could use some work, theres only three types of equipment in a small room. With the amount of rent you pay I figured it would be more :/ especially with how big the office is.. Honestly the rooms are nice on the inside and I think that's the most important part.
