Unresponsive Maintenance is reactive and minimalist Clients are treated as replaceable (10x expensive to get new v retain existing - 1st lesson of client facing entities - Cresten needs to re-read Chptr 1)

The parking is probably the worst; You have to pay to park and it's not cheap. for the residence that spend majority of their work and life downtown I find it frustrating; now they even charge for street parking on the weekends. Beyond the parking, everything is good, everything you could need is in walking distance. I enjoy the high ceilings and open space concept. wish the windows opened more than a couple inches but understand the reasoning behind it. Again, just wish we got more for what we are paying.

lofts are nice and all, i dont know about other units but in my unit the window does not open and sometimes it feels really stuck. i wish i could open window have some fresh air sometimes and hear traffic passing by. otherwise its great.

Been here for over a year and a half now, its cozy, clean, secure, and pet friendly. has your basic utilities and updated features as well, like the lighting, kitchen and tile shower. A lot of natural light with its large-scale windows and open floor concept. The staff is fantastic and so is the Maintenace crew; always eager to help and get whatever help you may need, even if it's changing the batteries in your smoke detector because the ceiling is really high. Just wish it had a bigger weight room and a balcony. I say a bigger gym because more often than not I will walk in on someone working out and it's just uncomfortable because the space is really for one person at a time. Beyond those two things, it's a comfortable place, quite as can be when living above the busy streets below, if you enjoy downtown living with access to finical institutions, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. You name it and you are pretty much in a walking distance from it, then this is the place for you.
