Went downhill

This was a very nice complex. However, with the change in ownership, and management, we have seen the culture change drastically. The overall cleanliness of the entire complex has fallen, by a fair but. The pool rarely gets cleaned, the grills are broken, pet owners are not made to pick up after their pets, and the cinema has been “broken” for over a month. The rules for no smoking on the property are not enforced, nor is the no glass in the pool rule enforced. Anytime concerns are brought to the office, residents are given the excuse of “we are still transitioning” or just treated with barely concealed contempt. Greystar is an international property management firm, they should be able to transition a facility in days, not months.

Great community

I moved here almost two months ago and my leasing agent, Michael, was more than helpful! He got me moved in extremely quickly last minute and was so kind. I love my apartment and plan to be here for quite some time! Wonderful amenities also.
