Staff is great. Maintenance staff are great and very responsive. The grounds need work. The front looks good and is well maintained however, interior flower beds and shrubs are not maintained and much is dead. Mulch is not used in all places and leaves a lot of dirt. Breezeways need to be cleaned over and above power washing. There are many stains that power washing does not remove.

The only reason I am resigning is because I am close to my job, and because im on the third floor. I paid a lot of money to transfer from the 2nd floor last year. If the property management would enforce the rules, this place may be a better place to live for future tenants. Noise being number one. I can list a dozen of nights where I lost sleep because of neighbors noise after quiet hours. People leaving their shoes, trash cans and garbage outside of their door and in the hallway whenever they feel like it too. Dog poop always on the ground or trash just thrown on the ground. Parking is a complete nightmare!!!! Especially if youre moving in and out, where are people suppose to park? Most nights I get home late from work around 9pm and I’m parking on the entire other side of the community. I also live alone, so having to park on the entire other side when I bring up my groceries is a nightmare. Parking MUST CHANGE. I wish maintenance would powerwash the property more, the ground is disgusting from everyone leaving their garbage bags on the ground and not in their valet trash can. Start giving out fines if tenants dont want to keep the property nice. Lastly, lots of beer pong floaties and tubes in the pool, there isnt enough room in the pool for people to bring personal belongings in that small pool. Something must be done for people to enjoy living here for the price we pay. Ive also called the office numerous times with no call back, and it was a simple queation or two. I’m hoping the new manager actually cares about people and the community.
