Covered Parking is the best in the area; Awesome Pool and pretty solid Gym. A bit on the expensive side, but what isnt if you want to live in this area

I've been here since May 2022 and have enjoyed it overall. I've come into a few issues but Byron, the head of maintenance, is the saving grace of this property. He always takes care of things in a timely manner and follows up to make sure things are working well and I'm happy with things. It is unfortunate that some of the amenities rarely work (the community printer) and that safety guarantees aren't always upheld (the gate to the garage will be left open on both sides for days at a time), and sometimes the hallways smell bad because people don't clean up their animals' messes but overall it's been a lovely place to live. I'd give it a 6 or 7 out of 10. If they raise rent again (over $120 per month like last time), I will find somewhere else to live because anything more than what I'm paying isn't worth the cost.
