I absolutely love the outside amenities of this apartment complex. The pool and outdoor lounge areas are fantastic, making it feel like a slice of heaven right at home. The landscaping is well-maintained and adds to the overall charm of the place. The proximity to parks and green spaces is a huge bonus for nature lovers like me. The sense of community here is welcoming and friendly, and the management and maintenance team is always quick to address any concerns. The convenience of having shops and restaurants nearby is also a plus. Overall, living here has been a delightful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable living environment.
Everybody here is welcoming and helpful and they go out of their way to do. Whatever needs to be done I love the location, amenities, and the community

I've only just moved in, but the staff & community are amazing (friendly, helpful, good amenities, parking, layout, etc.). I think the phase 1 apartments are a little strange in some ways. For example, the refrigerator & oven are both small, open shelves leads to lack of adequate cabinetry, and I wish there were at least Juliet balconies for the price - but the location is wonderful.
Regular inspections, low build quality, cheap fixes, hard to get in contact with staff.
