Noise

My low rating on noise is due to living on the first floor beneath a family with 2 small children. From about 5 am to 11pm it sounds like they are trying out for a wrestling team or a dancing team, not sure.

Literally Two Complaints (Which isn't even their fault)

Garbage pick up is a bit late and forgetful sometimes, but they're outsourced, and they're really just throwing your garbage into the dumpster for you, so you can't be mad. It's a lovely complex. You can feel safe with your young ones playing around. The gym is soo nice to have when you want to do a quick work out after work. It's not a full gym, like you can't weight lift, but it's got all the basics for a full body work out. My fiance did request some equipment as someone who works out often and can lift heavy, and the complex really came through with some new equipment. The grills our great. The pool is great. The ladies in the office are always there to help. The complex is very cat and dog friendly. The ladies up front love having the dogs come and visit the leasing office, you'll make their day. Only real downside for dog owners are the ferral cats only because they like to hide their poop in the pine straw, and the pine straw is everywhere. So I'm constantly having the dogs pulling me, or I think they finally found a spot to go potty, but really I'm just yelling "DON'T EAT THAT". But LITERALLY that's the only downside. Ferral cats that are out of their control, and occasionally the garbage misses me(Granted im in one of the more oddly placed apartments).

We love living here

We love living here! The staff is wonderful and the addition of the amazon hub makes getting packages even easier. We love how attentive the maintenance staff is and enjoy the events the staff throws for residents.
