There is a one time fee of $400 for one or $600 for two and pet rent is $10 for one and $15 for two. **We participate in Poo Prints DNA Printing. All dogs will be required to register at move in. SIlvana Oaks is a pet friendly community.  We restrict the following breeds: Chow Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit Bulls, Spitz, American Bulldog, and/or any mix thereof.  We also participate in the Poo Prints DNA program and all of our dogs are registered at move in/renewal.  We do require an insurance coverage of $500 on your renter's insurance policy as well.
