This place is simply and absolutely amazing!! Dakota the assistant leasing manager is just the best! If I could tip him after our tour and making the transition easy, I would, that's how good, efficient, and effective he is at his job. The speicals are amazing and the leasing manger is simply the best also!!!!!

I love the location, staff is friendly and efficient, requests are timely. Parking is plentiful, however residents speed through the parking lot. Apartments are not sound proof, footsteps from upper level sound like a stampede and voices can be heard in the hallway and from neighbors. Rent is comparable to other apartments in the area. So far the upkeep is very good.
