I've been here for 7 years I enjoy it I'm very pleased with the office personnel and the maintenance personnel I enjoy the large apartment it makes it very handy for me it's close to everything I need to have

I've lived on-site since Spring 2025. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience. The staff are friendly, and the maintenance staff are quick to address tickets. I do have a noisy neighbor on the floor above me, unfortunately, but I guess that is a part of apartment living. I am bothered by the amount of trash and dog poop that I see every day when I walk my dog. Also, with the number of dogs I see being walked every day, I am surprised that there isn't a dog park on site.

I've lived here for about 2.5 years and remain relatively pleased with this apartment community. It's in a quiet area with useful destinations not terribly far away (Costco, strip mall, hospital, I-526, etc.). Glenn McConnell Parkway does experience heavy traffic during rush hour, but most of Charleston has traffic congestion, so this shouldn't be a deal-breaker. What stands out to me most about MAA Cypress Cove is the folks who work here. I've had nothing but great experiences with the leasing office staff and the maintenance team, and this can often make or break a community. For context, I'm a "young professional", commuting to work every day and running errands on off days, and I feel right at home here.
