bike racks?

I don't usually ride my bike and since there are no bike racks in the apartment complex I drove my bike back to my parents place in Rock Hill. But I'd have liked to be able to keep my bike here without having to pay a $40 fee each month for a storage space so that when I do fix the bike I can use it and lock it up easily. I think it would be good to ask people if having access to bike racks would be useful to them to gage interest and see if it would be worth investing in. Maybe figure out what potential options would be and then ask people specific questions on those options: have bike racks available to everyone living in the apartments and raise rates a little on everyone regardless of if they'll use it, or charge individuals for using a spot on the bike racks (like a monthly fee attached to the rent or something) and maybe some way to mark the bikes (a sticker or something), or if people are happy just not having bike racks. Just a few ideas, maybe not the best.

Review

Months ago was told an improved dog park was coming. Instead the office got renovated and it was beautiful as it was, I liked it better before, unnecessary. No communication about what is going on around the grounds. Playground torn down, finally as it was a hazard. A new one planned?
