More affordable choice for families

A nice place to live if you have a family, and want to spend less then many of the upgraded/new communities around the area. The apartments are older and so are the appliances, but at least they are well kept. The front office was always nice and the neighbors were never much of an issue.

Review

Just moved in 3 months ago and overall enjoy this complex, especially the location. Since leaving here, they have changed the car wash to 1 hose which was needed but now the water pressure is lacking immensely. Miss the other hoses. Also, when you walk around the complex, the amount of dog poop that is not picked up is crazy when the apartment complex has dog stations throughout. Dog owners should be responsible for picking up after their pets!
