Nice staff, great Gym, great Location
Location is great, Bars and Restaurants in walking distance. There's always a parking spot available. Smart home with keyless access, but you need a Fob to enter the building. Complicated rental contract via App. Everything is done via App, also the payment. Very nice Gym in good shape.

Promoted as luxury building but cheap carpeting, hollow plastic bath tubs, low grade contractor grade plu.bing fixtures, vinyl tile floors, lack of insullation between floors and grey halls that look like 19th century institutions.

Less than average
The maintenance guys are the best ever, incredible service. The property manager and leasing agent are very very poor at customer service and helping with issues.
