Overall, this is a great property. But rent is entirely too high for the level of noise we can hear in these buildings from outside and marijuana use is rampant and stinky. Some resjdents leave trash outside their units that doesn’t qualify fir the valet trash service and weeks later it’s still there and stinking up hallways.

Great staff and amenities

The staff at Legacy Haywood do an amazing job welcoming new tenants and responding to any inquiries or requests in a timely manner. The units are spacious, modern and well made. We love the fitness center, saltwater pool and clubhouse.
