Great location, but Academy st is loud
Overall I do like trailside a lot. The only issue I have is how loud Academy Street is. If my apartment wasn't facing Academy Street is would be perfect. Great location. Very good insulation between adjacent rooms.

Pointe At Greenville
Overall, the Pointe at Greenville is good for the price. My only negative statement is regarding the noise through the floors. My entire apartment shakes from my neighbors upstairs, and is very hard to concentrate on work during the day.
