I have lived at MAA Haywood for 1 year and really like the location and the staff. What i wish was better was the amenities. The exercise room is only open during the day, the car was area is not usable, and the doggie is a dirt pit. My apartment has so many old appliances, and patchwork ceilings and walls. I am not an expert but personally I think the rent is several hundred dollars more expensive than it is worth. I don't mind the place I just think it is overpriced for what you actually get.
