It’s been good. Need more attention in living areas. Stairs and breezeways are neglected. When friends visit they make comments about these areas; it’s embarrassing. The grounds are maintained weekly and that is important, but the living areas don’t get the same attention. Trash pickup has destroyed the wood; it’s not a good look. Also rent is too high.

MAA Innovation is an awesome place to live. It has the best amenities of any place we looked at in the Greenville area. The staff have been so good to my son and I since we lived here. They have been caring and helpful as we have gone through a very hard time. I would recommend MAA Innovation to anyone who is seeking a home in the Greenville area, as you can't beat the home you live in, the quality of life, the amenities and the location. not to mention the caring staff who will support you on finding the best spot. Good luck!

My experience living here in the community has been a very good one. I love the area and quietness. Staff and maintenance are very helpful and promptly available. My apartment is very nice I love the smart features. Id definitely recommend to any in search of a home.
