I am beginning my 4th year here and just love it! The Meridian Office Team are fabulous! All you need to do is ask the staff and they are so responsive to provide assistance with a smile. The building is spotless and all the activities sponsored by both the Meridian and Residents provide something for everyone. The Courtyard and Living Room provide a wonderful area to gather with residents. The access to the restaurants and shops in Eagleview is another plus as well as the free summer concerts on the green. And finally, the residents are wonderful which makes the Meridian a very special community.

I lived at Meridian 2+ years. Maintenance was very responsive, the Office Manager was not. If you like to play cards for hours this could be a good fit. I am however, 18 years over the 55+ entrance age and was still one of the younger residents. I made many older friends there who I cherish. However, I moved to another community and enjoy the diversity in ages and demographics.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years. It is a wonderful place to live. The maintenance and staff can’t do enough for you and always with a smile. There are many great amenities here also. If there would be anything negative it would be the 18% increase in rent over the past 2 years.

The Meridian building is beautiful and our apartment here is well-designed, spacious and comfortable. The on-site staff provides excellent services in a prompt and professional manner.
