Very happy with the layout, fixtures, cabinet space etc but hear every step from apartment above and there are many, many steps, moving furniture and what seems like a bowling ball dropped and rolling across the floor. If I experienced this in a hotel room I would give it a rating of 2 and never return. Also find it annoying that residents with dogs have them untrained and not house broken. Met a pile of feces at the elevator door last night with no owner in site and experienced several experiences of viciously barking dogs in hallways. It has been a long time since I was in an apartment so will learn to cope, but disappointed in these areas.
