We have lived in Claremont for 16 years. The location is perfect, with many places close to eat and drink. The townhomes are very nice and maintenance is very attentive.

I have lived here since 2009 and have been pleased with everything about my apartment. Service has been great, nice neighbors, garage and first floor make living easy. Also like having a porch. The one thing I miss is Valet service but do not wish to pay for it. I am only one person and pay enough for water and sewer. All in all I am happy here but wish I could figure out how to get new carpeting!!

Our experience with Claremont has been extraordinary. Our 9 plus years here have been both drama and hassle free. Even unusual situations were accomodated with courtesy and aplomb by all members of the Claremont Team. It's one thing to have attractive surroundings with convenient features but those physicalities are dwarfed by the consistently laudible staff providing the utmost of service and consideration on a routine basis,

Teri in the leasing office is so personable and always goes the extra mile to help you :-) Her presence in the community is reason enough to move in! Ask for her when you come in for a tour. Maintenance is friendly and efficient. The apartments themselves are a bit dated (mainly the bathrooms and the fact that most of the units are still carpeted) but are cleaned like new and very high quality. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Available parking is great except that some residents don’t move their cars for days in the spaces closest to shared entrances.

My husband and I sold our house quickly and we checked out a few local apartments. Eagleview was hands down the winner. The office employees are wonderful to deal with and the maintenance crew is awesome. When we needed a bigger apartment, they were right there to help us find one right down the road. Being within walking distance to all that Eagleview offers is definitely a plus. They are dog friendly too!
