Overall good.
Highs and lows. Ambient gas from long-term, mis-diagnosed leaking gas stove connection has complicated recovery from other serious respiratory illnesses. Spurious fire alarms, malfunction of washing machine due to original erroneous setup, random bldg mechanical noises, inadeqdute hot water temperature, have been seriously annoying and dangerously (in the case of gas leak) disturbing. Great location, spacious rooms, very satisfying generally.
