New management new problems
I have been at the Overlook for almost two years. There has been a change in management. Valet trash sitting in the smelly hallways. I had a leak almost one year ago and my bathroom still has damage. The pool and gym area is filthy. The security is a joke. The "secure" buildings were left open for one month until they could get all tenants a new key fob. I asked the office to please keep them locked as I had been victim of assault and I didnt feel safe, and I pay for a scure bulding. My water bill, for one person, is an average of 85.00/ month, and they will not show me a seperate meter for my unit. I think the cost is way overboard for what you get.

Don't overlook The Overlook
Despite the last minute apartment change a week before moving in, my overall experience with the Overlook has been wonderful since. The location is top notch, being minutes away from Harrisburg and the Susquehanna river while peaceful. The maintenance has also been prompt and communication with the office efficient.
Top Notch Apartments and Wonderful Property Management Staff
I've lived here for four months and have had a very good experience so far. The units are great and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! Also, maintenance requests are answered promptly. I would highly recommend the overlook as your next rental.
