Relaxing creekside livin

I moved into my apartment almost 3 years ago. Even with rent increases, I think mine is more than fair for what I get. I have friends who pay similar or even larger rents than I do who have apartments half as nice. I've had a couple of maintenance issues since moving in, and the maintenance team has always been quick to respond and resolve the issues. The property management team does a great job communicating any changes to rent, renovations, or other pertinent information regarding the property. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my living situation.

Great Location

I've lived here more than eight years and love, love, love the location! Close to the city, close to highways, close to grocery and other stores. It's a secure building with an intercom system that dials direct to my cellphone. We have a main street in front of the building and woods and a creek behind it. The best of both worlds!

Great value and location

Only issue I have is that they don't allow pets to new residents! And, I moved in Mar of 2015, and they apparently had removed the disposal - I would love to have a pet and a disposal -no relation between the two (haha)
