The staff is great to work with if there’s a problem. They due regular maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. They even check on the smoke detectors twice a year.

The place has definitely improved since Robin is no longer the property manager. She sent several inappropriately worded emails daily and that got very old. The buildings are kept well but are being rented at market rate. A bit to high for a 60 year old property. They took our pool out for overflow parking. When that project was done, they restricted the parking to no overnight guests. Who wants to live somewhere where you can't have guests? The good thing here is that utilities are very reasonable.
