Stone Gate Village has been a great place to live, suited my needs well. The apartments are well laid out, provide all the modern comforts of home, and I absolutely loved my second-floor covered balcony. It's great that each unit has a garage! The interior of these units are modern and require little to no customization, easy to decorate to add a little personal touch to make it feel like home. I'm glad I chose this neighborhood. The maintenance team is very responsive, friendly, communicative, and get jobs done quickly. Landscaping looks good and is well-maintained, snow removal is complete and efficient, heating and cooling is efficient, I couldn't ask for more. Being close to Rt 15, 83, and the turnpike made travel very convenient---whether to the grocery store, the mall, any adjacent town, or long-distance vacations, planning trips was easy. There are plenty of parks nearby, situated in a good school district, a clean community pool right there, and friendly neighbors, Stone Gate Village is a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something long-term, or those who just need a place to land for a couple years.

Poor management. Pool was constantly closed all summer. Say they will be doing inspections and never show (after taking time off work to be home). Say they’re going to powerwash in the AM, pound on our door at 7:45AM because we needed to move 1 chair and then show up at 2PM to powerwash - come on.. seriously? It feels like teens manage this place.
