Poor management

Poor management. Pool was constantly closed all summer. Say they will be doing inspections and never show (after taking time off work to be home). Say they’re going to powerwash in the AM, pound on our door at 7:45AM because we needed to move 1 chair and then show up at 2PM to powerwash - come on.. seriously? It feels like teens manage this place.

Clean, convenient, and Cozy

I haven't lived here for long but my first impressions are that the neighbors are nice, it is located in a great area, the place is quite clean, though we've had a few issues with the apartment itself since moving in. However, all of those issues have been resolved, though they probably shouldn't have been the case in the first place. All in all, very happy so far.

Good Place to Call Home

Been here for 5 years which is a good track record for me. Great location, lovely townhouse with basement and garage. Maintenance needs have been very minor but they have come to repair quickly and efficiently! Very satisfied to call this place home!
