Similarly, any animal with a bite history, aggressive nature or similar offense will be restricted as well. Mixes of these breeds will also not be accepted.

Review

Spacious apartments love the in-unit laundry and 2 bathrooms. The quality of flooring, walls, and other materials is OK. Been renting for 3 years, was very quiet until recently, been hearing the downstairs neighbors a lot. Wish there was an on-site pool and a bigger gym.

First, we were given the address and move in date we added the utilities and all, when we came here on the move in date not only were we told the wrong building and room it was the wrong price as well. we had to switch over the utilities again and get another check. some of the amenities didn't work like the overhead fan and the washing machine dint work. The washing machine took a week and a half to get fixed, so we had to use the local laundromat. The plastic hard wood floor keeps peeling off and lastly the rent cafe will not work for us. we have tried several staff and various ways but paying the rent is only possible by check because nobody can help us with the rent cafe.

it is totally excellent to live here at brooks edge Apt.

I love living here, it is quite and peaceful there is no any disruption, it is pet friendly and the staff are nice to me when I go for an inquiry or to ask about something. It is clean and well maintained.
