Brooks Edge

The staff can be moody at times in the office, the apartments are nice and modern, the entry by triple crown staff unannounced over the past year is extremely concerning. The lease wording is tricky so beware of what you are agreeing to when you sign it. Rent goes up every year. Parking is not the greatest, especially if you have a full size pick up or SUV.

Staff enter your apartment whenever they want without warning, maintenance is low scale, smell of weed on daily basis
