Vey happy with the quality of the apartment. Enjoy the openess of the living area and having a bathroom for each bedroom is a plus. Pretty quiet overall. I do have issues with the lack of dog poop clean up, I do not have a dog but somehow I have dog poop lining my outside walls and partio. The office is aware of the issue and they have sent out commincation to the tenants so not entirely their fault. The amenities are great when they are open. The swimming pool was closed more than it was open this past summer. Overall pleased with the apartment, parking, location and mantenance.

The staff can be moody at times in the office, the apartments are nice and modern, the entry by triple crown staff unannounced over the past year is extremely concerning. The lease wording is tricky so beware of what you are agreeing to when you sign it. Rent goes up every year. Parking is not the greatest, especially if you have a full size pick up or SUV.
