It is a beautiful place to live. except you can hear all the noise from the upstairs tenant.

Review

The one Staff member I had encountered was extremely and shockingly a rude and unprofessional. When I asked a reasonable question this staff member responded So I was questioning Hurt authority and refused to answer the question. She made a snide comment about my housekeeping afterwords. There were boxes out because I was getting ready for the holiday. We had consistently called the office about the key which was dropped off and knowing that we had continually contacted them when they received the key they never called us back. We had to find out on our own. Then when we asked to retrieve the key they told us to go get a copy ourselves because it would be too inconvenient for us to get the key. They said it was our prerogatives. We had a roommate at the time who was mentally disabled And had an air conditioner in his window. She told us it didn't matter and the when I asked why she said because we already gave you one. She treated me with contempt. I also believe some of the roles are not in the residents best interests like the fact that you are not allowed to have a yard sale. It does not hurt anyone and is of no consequence for inconvenience to the residents.

Great place to live

The staff, maintenance,and location of these apartments is fantastic. I love living here. I can get a little noisy with neighbors but overall it's a great place.
