Overall this is a great place to rent. Grounds are kept pretty clean. There is some to be desired for the grass mowers when they run the blowers to clear tanbark and grass. They blow it into entry ways; patio and access to front doors.

I put in a maintenance request for a smoke alarm and it was addressed right away. The maintenance person was polite, knowledgeable and brought spare smoke alarms in case a new battery and reset wouldn’t fix the issue. Also during scheduled maintenance for filters, I noticed an issue with the toilet and the on hand maintenance person identified the issue and repaired it by replacing the flapper valve in just a few minutes without me needing to submit a maintenance request. Your staff is doing great. Keep up the great work!
