Great staff

Old City Hall is excellent - great location and staff. I had a maintenance request when I first moved and Chad was prompt and responsive, and fixed the concern. I can’t recall such a quick and resident-friendly response at my other apartment stays. I am very impressed with the staff overall, including the management and the maintenance staff.

Thank you!

Just wanted to rate recent work order 5/5. Thank you especially to Angela and Chad for going the extra mile. I am pleased to report after some effort I was able to locate my lost wallet, saving me untold expense & time. At the very least I do not need to wait in line at PennDOT for a new license. Thank you to them both.

Tenants are inconsiderate

My unit was renovated, but it still shows its age with the persistent yellow condensation in the bathroom, chipping paint, old tub issues. However, I can live with these things. My biggest issue is how inconsiderate the tenants are with their smoking, not picking up after their dogs, not reeling their dogs in when passing by other neighbors of the community. But I can also say that the community manager takes every complaint seriously and addresses every issue
