I just want to commend the property manager, Angela, and the technician, Chad. This fall and winter I had major maintenance performed on my unit, to fix the furnace (fall) and resolve a water pressure issue (winter). Chad and his technicians were prompt in the response and made the repairs in a timely manner given the nature of the work. Both Chad and Angela kept me up to date on the progress of the work. Many thanks to both of them.

Old City Hall is excellent - great location and staff. I had a maintenance request when I first moved and Chad was prompt and responsive, and fixed the concern. I can’t recall such a quick and resident-friendly response at my other apartment stays. I am very impressed with the staff overall, including the management and the maintenance staff.

Just wanted to rate recent work order 5/5. Thank you especially to Angela and Chad for going the extra mile. I am pleased to report after some effort I was able to locate my lost wallet, saving me untold expense & time. At the very least I do not need to wait in line at PennDOT for a new license. My unit was renovated, but it still shows its age with the persistent yellow condensation in the bathroom, chipping paint, old tub issues. However, I can live with these things. My biggest issue is how inconsiderate the tenants are with their smoking, not picking up after their dogs, not reeling their dogs in when passing by other neighbors of the community. But I can also say that the community manager takes every complaint seriously and addresses every issue
