I have the highest praise for maintenance (Julius) completion of any repairs ao other maintenance requests..All have been completed timely and professional.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 1/2 years now, and have always had great response from Maintenance and office staff on our issues (albeit very few issues). Apartments are very accommodating and a great value. We enjoy living here at Society Hill. If we ever move, it will be because we found a house!

August 2024 Maintenance Request - Resolved
The maintenance team responded to our non-emergent service request in less than 24 hours. The team was in/out of our unit in quick fashion after resetting the dishwasher. The team left instructions for us to run the dishwasher through a cycle - which we did - and that seems to have resolved the issue. We'll reach out if problems ensue, but otherwise - kudos to the team for swift assistance!
