I have been a resident since 2018, I have been a tenant for 8 yrs. I have always had a good relationship with the Property Manager, Ms. Vicki Brewer. The Consolidated Properties management team has consistently provided good service and has always worked with me as a tenant when I went through shifts in my job situation. The property is adequately maintained, Overall, it is a peaceful place to live and convenient to a good variety of stores, schooling, shopping and access to major expressways and Amtrak to commute/travel. As time moves on this area has seen exponential growth and it is predicted it will continue as the years go by, good value for now, not sure how long the quaintness will last. For now, and for the foreseeable future it's a place I gladly call home.

The apartment is a bit overpriced and there is a serious lack of amenities despite the high cost.

Nice place, get a bang for your buck, but its on a main road with lots of noise and not much for walking in community.
