Moved in beginning of 2022. I understand the building has somewhat recently undergone a management change. There are some superficial updates which support that. Pros: location is good if you work downtown or like to go out, depending on unit you can have amazing mountain views, and great light, it's the tallest building around so the rooftop is pretty specials. Cons: there's a general feeling of understaffed management/admin which leads to things not getting done or not cared about, noise level is pretty good but the hv/ac system i believe is linked to above/below units? we can smell food in our unit from downstairs and cigarette smoke (this is a non-smoking building...) and hear dogs barking all through the hv/ac units. the gym is old and busted, besides the updated kitchens the rest of the units are pretty dated. Staff is nice enough but I think it's hard for them to keep up which can come across as indifference.

Diverse and convenient!

Have lived here for 4 years. Great mix of people--ages, nationalities, races, etc. Three bus lines stop at bottom of block. About 5 blocks from light rail line. Three markets within walking distance.
