Clean and Quiet

The buildings are very nice and super quiet. I do wish they had more units with balconies. Although there's a large turnover, the staff is wonderful. The utilities are outrageous going from an average of $30/month to over $100 since the new owners took over. Renewal incentives have disappeared and costs are steadily increasing. But I do like the neighborhood and the convenience to public transportation. Overall, I've been happy here for the last 4 years.

High sewer

$70 per month JUST for sewer??? That is ridiculous for 1 person in a studio apartment not even there for the month. Utilities are over $150 per month? PLUS ELECTRIC HEAT AND AIR?? When I moved in before new owners it was averaging $30 per month for water sewer and garbage !!!

Great Starter Apartment

Its been a great place to love in. I moved into a studio, which was way smaller than id anticipated, but then moved into a larger place in the same building. Its been such a convenienet place for me- walk to great reataurants and lively events. Building is always clean and neat.
