Its been a few years and I still really enjoy living here. Major noise complaints regarding my upstairs neighbor and Sherry has been very helpful. This neighbor is the worst and the only reason id consider not signing another year. Everything else is great.

I honestly do thoroughly enjoy living at Quinton tower apartments. As soon as I moved in I felt comfortable, the residence in the complex are all friendly. It’s not too noisy and I’m right in the thick of the city so I’ve never feel as if I am too far away from anything. Great value.

Love my little studio apt here. The layout is nice and gives the guise of a separate room. My balcony is relatively spacious, great location-walking distance to parks, bars, and cafes. Very pet friendly! Rent is reasonable. Great building overall!
