Great Location, Spacious

I've been at Revere for almost a year and it's been a lovely experience! The staff is responsive, the amenities are nice, and the location is great. My only complaint is the construction noise on the west side of the building due to an apartment being built across the road.

Excellent location and great staff. The building owner(s) don't seem to have the financial resources to update and fix things as they break.

Great apt complex

Love the view on the roof, the location is nice and close to work plus on the south end of Mississippi so plenty to do there. parking is sometimes hard to come by as a result. They have a long waitlist for single spots which as I understand they sub-contract but very expensive regardless. Feels pretty safe despite the tents and homeless a half-mile down the road under the highways; I have had my car messed with a couple times street-parking. Apt is nice, average noise transmittal from neighbors. Nice appliances, quick to respond to maintenance requests but haven't had many since it's so new. Having in-unit W/D and Dishwasher plus gas-fired stove and oven - just sheer luxury. Amenities: the sauna is where I am a lot but they hardly ever mop it. Gym is pretty good too, TV's with tons of channels and rarely crowded. Roof TV has never worked since I moved in, the fire pits are hit or miss and the grills always need a part /maintenance. And I can't believe a complex whose motto is "Live Loud and True" can't spring $50 for a turntable stylus to enjoy their extensive vinyl collection in the lobby! Love playing ping-pong but I just wish there could be a chosen soundtrack too instead of just an interesting backdrop. Never had problems with staff, very eager to help even though there's been a couple turnovers in my two years. Held my packages in their special closet to keep them safe a couple times when Amazon screwed up. I will say, the freight elevator outside my door was broken down for 3-4 months which I think is unacceptable, that kind of thing just can't happen. Recently there's been some attempts to foster community engagement through events and that's nice to see. Some very nice people live here in my experience Overall a great apt.with some major problems keeping all the great amenities 100%. If they could do that, 5 stars. As it stands, it falls a little short of my expectations for such a high monthly rent figure. I would recommend.

it's fine I guess

Lived here over one year. It's been an acceptable experience - pros and cons like any establishment. Biggest con is being over charged for amenities that don't function, and rent is based on inaccurate square footage of my unit.
