I have luvef at Anthem for 3 years. The building was sold and I was sad since I liked the employees who managed the building but the new team, especially Jessica and Grant, are even better. They are easy to communicate with and care about the tenants and go out of their way to help us in any way they can. When a difficult situation occurs they seek a solution. Recently there was a technical problem with the package delivery lockers. They quickly moved the package delivery area to the building administration office! They are implementing building changes as the need occurs. The office hours for the building has been increased. They have researched security for the building!

The new staff are cool but its a bummer the way the previsou staff were let go. Whatch out around the building at night.

The apartment itself is very nice and modern. The common spaces are great places to host get-togethers. Leasing office staff are a bit hit or miss, generally nice but will also come off as rude most of the time. Zach is amazing though. Lots of noise as we're right above the parking garage, and the trash trucks come several times a week. Biggest gripe is the elevators. Quite often, the elevator by the gym is reserved multiple times a week, for the nearly the entirety of the day. The reservation system is very skewed in favor of the incoming resident, which I understand but perhaps there could be a middle ground. When the elevator is reserved it seems no one is there to "unreserve" it, so it stays blocked off for the rest of the day. Worse yet, the reservations seem to correlate with malfunctions of the elevator itself, so generally the elevator will be reserved and then subsequently "out of service" until someone comes to fix it. Not great.
