Noise was coming from the outside. During the night i couldn’t sleep well because of noise. Also living room room doesn’t have a light. Why? I don’t understand why Studio room doesn’t have a light in the living room.

This building is new, well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. I love the gym in the lobby. It really had everything we need, and everything looks and feels so nice!

We're generally happy living here and we like everything the building has to offer. It's just a shame that too often, gym equipment or even fire exits seem to be out of service and it takes too long to fix them. Peloton bikes without proper login credentials shouldn't take months to fix. Staff is friendly enough but sometimes doesn't really seem to deal properly with our requests. Other than that, the apartment itself is nice and spacious, with plenty of street parking in the vicinity.

Mostly good, the price is very affordable. Any noise is related to the location and not the apartment itself. Very expensive parking. Good amenities, but staff needs to do a better job of maintaining spaces.
