Good place

Overall this is a good affordable place to live based on the surrounding property cost but the rent going up 100 dollars after a year gives incentive to be out in that time frame I will say.

Living at The Flats Of Clintonville

My experience living at the Flats Of Clintonville has been great. The people, the property, the maintenance crew, the staff have all been extremely helpful. Anytime a problem has occurred they have always been right there to help in a timely manner. What you get in return for what you pay per month is definitely worth it and from my experience I can say I have had a pleasant experience, and I know you will too!
