I have lived here for 4 years. In the beginning maintenance staff was great noise was minimum. Great location for shopping and highway entrance. Also great on the value!

Security deposit refund

I want to know who I need to call or email to get my security deposit back. I will be calling the city and getting a public defender if I don’t hear back from someone by the end of this month!

New resident opinion

I moved in my apartment in November of 2024 and I have already received 2 notice warnings threatening to evict me without first having a conversation with me so I can correct the problem. I also live on the second floor with 3 children and every night after 8pm we continuously get woken up from the loud and disturbing sounds coming from the apartment above our unit. I have reported them several times however they are still doing it. However if my kids are doing anything they consider loud i get a noise ordnance notice threatening me with eviction even without any proof of the supposed noise. The rental office fails to communicate with tenants prior to threatening them with evictions!!!!

Unfair

The people in the office don't know to much about the complex, they raise people's rent without telling them. I feel they should take more time and write tenants letter; that states if anything will be changing,far as the rent prices or stuff they might be adding on; i feel they should do this at the end of the year, that way people can decide if they want to stay or move whenever their lease is up. I know that people pay different rent amounts; if they are on section 8, but i don't like how they give tenants different rent prices; if you live in a two bedroom townhomes apartment,if the rent is $1200 for one, they ALL two bedrooms should be that same charge; even though people who have section eight, their portions to pay will rate on their monthly income, so this would make everyone's rent different but the apartment prices should be equal.
