Wonderful living space
This entire process has been seamless, and we have been very excited to live at Belmont House in Columbus.
Great Community
I have been living at BH since the building opened in 2020. They amenities are so great and if there is ever maintenance needed, the team takes care of them right away so they are always able to be used. The location is a few minute drive in any direction to great shopping, restaurants, and downtown. The only con I have of the complex is that the noise insulation is sub par. It is common to hear alarms, walking and even conversations at a normal level in the halls or from neighbors. Fortunately, I have been blessed with respectful neighbors my entire time here.
