I really enjoy living here at Bel Air. You have great options wherever you need to go around town. I haven't had to use Maintenance a lot here, but when I moved in they were helpful and friendly and prompt to get things done. There is a problem with noise in my building at times with doors slamming and people loudly socializing in the stairwells as they come and go. I believe that is all about respecting yourself and your neighbors. All in all, a great place to call home.

My main issue is when you're part of a promotion like "locked in for life", it should mean exactly "locked in for life". I'm sure that there were tenants, including myself whose budget was balanced based on this promotion, and our budgets were NEGATIVELY AFFECTED when the promotion was stopped without a legitimate reason.
