I have lived here since it opened. The staff and building are great. The prices are a little higher for the location.
Pick somewhere else
My 18 month lease ended just about 2 weeks ago and I was happy to get out. They sell you on this nice plave only to turn around and go against everything that was advertised. No 24 hr concierge, parking is garbage, management and maintenence staff need to be fired, alarms going offer atleast twice a week. Now they are trying to charge me basically another konths rent for all these made up issues (this os how they keep your deposit and all the look and lease incentives they offered). I would not recommend 25 Maple to my eorst enemy ever, stay clear!
Great residence/location
Buliding is beautiful, location is great. Everything is within walking distance. Supermarket, gym, movies, train, its literally a great location.
Review
Parking lot spaces are tight. Smoke from other apartments can be an issue. Amenities are ok. Walls in apartments are cheap.
