West View Apartments

My experience with staff has been amazing; upon dealing with a lot of challenges with building errors’ the staff have made it less stressful for me. However it is not the fault of staff that building was designed and built with several issues. I would also like the option to speak with live person when I have an issue, oppose to just the portal; this needs improvement. Amenities needs upgrading such as gym equipment and community room is not adult ready., only for kids; floors need cleaning more often,blinds or shades should not be the responsibility of the tenants. This my review

I can honestly say I love my apartment and the beautiful view. However, I can’t seem to get a live person on the phone to troubleshoot; I make requests for maintenance and it takes weeks to get a response and I still have AC problems

This is the first time I live in a high rise and so far it's been great. Management is responsive and staff is friendly. All my maintenance requests get done in a timely manner as well. I also love that I have the laundry room and weight room right in the building.

I love my new apartment everything is amazing !

Good building and location but the parking situation is less than ideal. The location is right by a lot of stores and entertainment but minimal sidewalk and parking by the actual building. Seems like a lot of redevelopment is going on though, so that's a plus.
