Needs Improvement
We need our appliances upgraded. Carpets shouldn't cost $2000 to remove either.
I have a request
I use the gym often and 3 of the 4 treadmills are broken, 2 are completely unusable, and the other 2 are in a state of disrepair. One of them is not able to go up a level. One of the three cross-training machines is broken and unusable. The other two are old, rusty, and make strange noises. These training machines need immediate maintenance or or replace them with new ones as soon as possible. Please take immediate action.
Excellent Living
I've lived here for 8 years, the office, front desk and maintenance staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I rarely have an issue but when i have, it has been addressed and resolved quickly. The proximity to the MetroNorth Rail is paramount for a mid-town NY commuter. Plan on staying till my retirement in 4 1/2 years. I've established many friendship with fellow residents and the events the building holds is the reason why. Keep up the good work.
