elevator direvt to laundry every day 24 hours a day step one.

I have lived here for many years. It is convenient for me work-wise and the apartment is decent. The management has clearly gotten cheap as there is less staff working compared to previous years. They have raised rents at frustratingly astronomical rates regardless of the loyalty and quality of their tenants. Will continue to consider alternative options where management makes you feel less like a number and more of a valued resident.

Maintenance Value and Noise are appalling The apartments should have triple-paned windows--any other luxury rental would. It's like living on the sidewalk. The public areas are disgusting: litter accumulates on the sidewalk outside the building, public areas have debris, hallway carpets are never vacuumed or shampooed, the laundry room is a pig sty--god forbid you drop clean laundry on the floor, rarely are doors opened by doormen (in a doorman building). Couldn't be further from a white glove luxury rental building. Building manager is indifferent at best.
