Turtle Bay neighborhood

I've lived here for 27 years and have not complaints at all. The neighborhood is very central to transportation out of the city if you desire i.e., Penn Plaza, Port Authority Bus Terminal and Grand Central Station. Very nice neighborhood, feel safe here and everything is within a short walking distance i.e., food shopping and hospital and restaurants, etc. The building Super does a great job of keeping the building clean and operating. His staff is also very diligent and pleasant all the time. Thank you All !

Incredible place to live with great and friendly staff

Having lived here for a year now, it's been absolutely incredible. The location is perfect, the residents are nice and friendly and the staff are outstanding -- I absolutely love living here!

Recommend if you like this area

I have lived here for a year and am renewing for the second year. The apartments have a lot of space compared to similar units in other buildings, and the staff is very friendly and responsive. It is a good location if you work in the area or if you prefer this area for whatever other reason.
