I've just moved in, and so far, I'm in love. The staff is super nice, the apartment is beautiful and everything is extremely convenient

Amazing Amenities. Terribly noisy neighbors.
The amenities are great and the people who work here are amazing especially James and David. Unfortunately a few messy people moved into the building and now its super noisy. I can hear my neighbors yelling and blasting music constantly even at early morning hours.

New building with great location
Building has been okay, has had a couple of hiccups. Reason I gave three stars to maintance is because i am still waiting on handles for some cabinets and i’ve asked for extra shelves for the closet. I pout a maintance request through the front desk and have yet to hear back from anyone. Besides that they would get five stars.
