Lived here in the 720 & 730 properties since 2019. Love the apartments and the closet sizes!!!!. Great neighbors and very quiet and peaceful. We have been happy. We had a 3 Bedroom in 730 and then downsized to a 1 Bedroom inn 720. Both are just fine. We love our super - Giovanni! Such a good guy. Always makes a difference. He cares about the people and cares about our apartments. He does go above and beyond. Working late at night during the snow storms; working all hours and days to keep the trash rooms under control. And always doing double duty as a porter. You rock Giovanni. The property needs work. We care about where we live. Money (Amber) needs to be spent to upgrade the property. Parking lot is dangerous; lighting is very poor; fence is falling down and looks very bad; the landscaping is "sad"; the landscaping places in the parking lot would look great with plants and flowers. There are many apartments now in New Rochelle - competition. LOTS. We love our place. So much opportunity - Amber Mgmt. Lots of great apartments and lots of opportunity. Glad we are here!

I have lived here for a month Did not know about the planes going iverhead. my apt is ridicuously HOT between 75 to 80 devress. a i am trying to understand how the maintence process wirks and how long I have to wait to get things fine. aresidents are nice.

Our view of Long Island Sound is wonderful. Sitting on the balcony and watching the boats is so relaxing. We have wonderful neighbors and the staff in the building will go beyond to help. We have lived here over 4 years and it is home.

Lived here over three years. Pay a big rent. Management is the most unresponsive group I have ever worked with. We pay CONDO / home ownership rates and live in a run-down property. We love our apartment, but management could care less.

The buildings are on the water and down the street from Glen Island Park and New York Athletic Club - Travers Island. The buildings offer a variety of spacious apartments and layouts including studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms with many apartments having an outdoor terrace. Upper floor units have beautiful views of the Long Island Sound. All apartments are serviced by two elevators. Available units have been upgraded with luxury finishes including stainless steel appliances, granite counters, crown moldings, and real hardwood floors. In 2019, a spectacular renovation of the common areas of the building was undertaken. The lobbys, hallways, elevators and front courtyard were all fully renovated with a modern yet sophisticated style. The result transformed Pelham Pointe into one of the premiere rental complexes in New Rochelle. There is a central laundry room for all residents to use in the basements. Storage units are available for rent on a monthly basis. On site parking is available but limited. Dogs and cats under 40 lbs. are generally accepted.
