Great value young business professionals and new families.

My wife and I are one of the first people to move into the Mason 5 years ago when it opened. This place has led to many great friendships, long-lasting memories, and overall great community living. We both moved from the city and enjoy more living space, onsite parking, a 2-minute walk to Metro North, and a fun little town that has many restaurants and shops. Overall, a better value cost of living. I would recommend the Mason to anyone who is looking to downsize or move away from the busy city. With the easy commute to Stamford or Manhattan and the proximity to Hudson Valley, this makes for the ideal location to live and enjoy the many benefits of a great Westchester town.

Our experience

The apartments are nice. Staff members do not respond to the Mason's email address when we have questions/needs. Calling the office is also a fruitless endeavor. Maintenance responds pretty quickly through rent cafe, so that's a plus. Almost everyone lost their car in the last flood, which was totally traumatic and heartbreaking. It's pretty quiet, besides the noise of the train.
