Needs solution for visitor parking.

Flood was devastating. Lost a car and management was no where to be seen. No Power for a week and management just never showed up. No temporary solutions nor help with residents that lost cars nor help with security or battery powered lighting. Only thing they had was car detailing. great my car was totaled. what good is a detailing service for that? Why is parking so expensive in a flood zone? What mitigations are being worked on? There is also almost zero parking for visitors. What kind of community can this be with it being so difficult to have guests?
