My family and I have lived in the Mason for approx. 4 years. The staff goes above and beyond to make us feel like we are more "owners" than renters. Our 3.5 y/o son has spent his formative years here and the everyone - from the other residents to the staff - has contributed to his growth and happiness. We are so grateful for the sense of safety and reliance the Mason provides. Wynter, Ubaldo, and Fury are, quite literally, the best and most cohesive team. My family couldn't be more grateful to live in just a professionally run community. Thank you to everyone at the Mason for maintaining a world class property in a town (Mamaroneck) that prioritizes being family friendly, invests in it's schools, provides the best public transit, and consists of all-around good people. Simply put, we couldn't be happier!

Ubaldo provides excellent maintenance help and the sanitation person seems very reliable. The amenities are not very good for the price of rent. The dog run is gross and unusable, the pool table's cues are all broken and unusable, the grounds are sprayed with pesticide that has caused most of our dogs to become very ill. Many neighborhood dogs walk through with their owners and leave their waste everywhere. We stay because of proximity to NYC and CT.

We enjoy living at the Mason, it has a lot of positives. Great location, amenities, gym, maintenance staff, and is a pretty place architecturally. That said the building management, Cushman and Wakefield, seem to be rarely available as doesn't have much oversight to get things fixed (i.e. public wifi not working, building access doors malfunctioning for too long). That said, the maintenance crew are outstanding and are always helpful. Overall, we like it here and would recommend the Mason to others.
