FEATURESFleetwood Place is a seven-story apartment building that lies in the heart of the Fleetwood section of Mt. Vernon, NY within walking distance to the Metro North train station and downtown Fleetwood. The building offers a variety of spacious apartments and layouts, including studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms, with many apartments having an outdoor terrace.

All apartments are serviced by two elevators. Available units have been upgraded with luxury finishes including stainless steel appliances, granite counters, crown moldings, and real hardwood floors. There is a central laundry room for all residents to use in the basement.

Pretty nice

My experience is overall pretty positive. Hercy is great and the building is generally clean and well-kept. Only complaints are that my parking spot is way in the corner against a wall which is uncomfortable to park in at times, and a garage space seems out of reach entirely. And my upstairs neighbors are loud at times, especially the dog running around. Sounds like things drop on the floor often too, making a lot of noise.
