I’ve lived her for almost 22 years. My first 12 years living here was with okd management Mariani. He was frequently peesent in the building. He knew all of his tenants, made sure maintenance work was done well and in a tomely fashion. He had a maintenance crew and cleaning crew as this building has over 100 apartments. Mariani made sure to check on his tenants especially his senior residents. New management has two individuals maintaining the building that includes our super Mr. Hercy. Mr. Hercy is ofren the one to clean, respond to residents’ complaints amd complete maintenance. It is disgraceful. In my experience, Amber Property Management needs to hire more individuals to maintain this propery clean. They also need to hire an experienced maintenance crew who can take the time to efficiently and effectively complete maintenance work. There has been such a turnover of residents living in this building. It’s a revolving door of people coming in and out. It’s a shame because the building is located in a decent area of Fleerwood close to CVS and the train. Amber Property Management please do better. Many of us older residents and even those who stay for a short time call this place, “Our Home.”

My experience is overall pretty positive. Hercy is great and the building is generally clean and well-kept. Only complaints are that my parking spot is way in the corner against a wall which is uncomfortable to park in at times, and a garage space seems out of reach entirely. And my upstairs neighbors are loud at times, especially the dog running around. Sounds like things drop on the floor often too, making a lot of noise.

The building offers a variety of spacious apartments and layouts, including studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedrooms, with many apartments having an outdoor terrace. All apartments are serviced by two elevators. Available units have been upgraded with luxury finishes including stainless steel appliances, granite counters, crown moldings, and real hardwood floors. There is a central laundry room for all residents to use in the basement. Storage units are available for rent on a monthly basis. On site parking is available but limited. Dogs and cats under 40 lbs. are generally accepted. In 2017, a spectacular renovation of the common areas of the building was undertaken. The lobby, hallways, elevators and front courtyard were all fully renovated with a modern yet sophisticated style, transforming Fleetwood Place into one of the premiere rental buildings in Fleetwood.
