The location is like a Gilmore Girls dream. The building is clean and friendly and happy. Great neighbors. The office team is the best and the maintenance team is sublime. You will love living here!

Apartment is located in beautiful town, close to the station and nature including Bronx River. Location, amenities and staffs are good. Concern is about noise from outside and neighbor. Living in quiet and peaceful room is essential when living in an apartment. My unit (bedroom) is also next to the entrance and I hear noise through thin wooden wall.

The best apartment community I have ever lived in. Amazing village in a perfect location. Train outside the door. I can be in the City in 32 minutes. Spotlessly clean, and the friendliest and most helpful staff you could imagine.
