Enclave Redisence
the building is in a not so great area where im paying a premium to live in. the garage insulation is falling onto the covered cars which i pay $95/month to live in- this is unacceptable. the garage ceiling is not even finished and paying additional costs for parking that is supposed to be covered to "protect" our vehicles is extremely upsetting when debris is falling onto my vehicle instead. along with the parking garage issue, the grounds and hallways/ staircases could be kept much better for the price paid in maintenance fees- an additional $95/month along with rent. the pool area was rarely cleaned this summer- lantern flies dead in the pool and on the grounds beside the pool. lantern flies hovering over the pool entrance door and back garage entrance doors was extremely disappointing. i even sent an email requesting an exterminator for the lantern fly issue and got no reply. there is also no AC in the hallways which is extremely dangerous to those who has respiratory issues- there was hot air coming out of the units in the hallway during the winter months. it makes no sense why there is no AC in the hallways during summer months- it was unbearable and makes the residents ConEd bills sky rocket since the building is not maintaining a healthy temperature in the hallways for its residents. for the price you are charging residents to live in this building, the amenities and grounds should be maintained exceptionally better than this. this is extremely disappointing and makes me regret renewing my lease for the following year.

Jasmine is amazing in top of her Game location is great buildind clean parking is easy
Not very welcoming
We dont feel as if all the buildings are kept the same. Building 3 appears to be kept less cleanly. The front of the building is not welcoming in terms of landscaping, lights etc. theres always trash all about. Noisy neighbors who smoke and play mysic loudly. The “Gym” has nothing to offer and very subpar compared to other “luxury” buildings. Dont see us here for very long.
